4.1: Medical Conditions and Safety

It is my responsibility to ensure that I am in appropriate health to take part in the course.

If I become ill or am injured and the British Council is unable to take instructions from me then I give permission for the British Council to inform and take instructions from my next of kin.

I participate in the course at my own risk. I acknowledge that the British Council accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness; loss or damage howsoever caused other than that arising from the negligence of British Council staff. I will report any incidents and accidents to the British Council without delay.

4.2: Child Protection

I have never been convicted of any offence involving any type of harm to a child or children, nor have I ever been warned or cautioned in relation to such a matter.
